Training Institute (TI) is JCI University at national level. JCI Estonia Training Insitute was established in 2003.
The mission of TI is to be a developmental environment for Young leaders and entrepreneurs, providing the training needed to implement the JCI plan of action and ensuring that JCI members have the right competencies and skills to conduct projects and training seminars.
The training is ideally always linked to experiences, so that the learning is transformed into skills and methods that the members can immediate implement in their business and/or professional life.
What does the TI offer?
For trainers:
Opportunity to participate in JCI University courses and become a certified trainer.
Opportunity to develop as a trainer by training inside and outside JCI.
Opportunity to learn from experienced trainers and share your own experience.
For foreign trainers:
Opportunity to train in Estonia (The TI can assist you in organizing the course here. We also welcome good trainers to our national conferences).
For chapter members:
Opportunity to subscribe trainings to your local chapter.
For companies and organizations:
Opportunity to subscribe trainings for developing your team.
For conference organizers:
Opportunity to subscribe performers to make your program more exciting and more educative.

Training Institute has the following responsibilities:
- Development of trainers
- Organizing NOM training events
- Build and maintain a NOM Trainers Database
- Market trainings through website
- Organize Presenter, Trainer and Designer courses when necessary
