JCI Estonia is a non-profit association of active young people with the goals originating from JCI (Junior Chamber International) core values: developing the leadership abilities of members, increasing the responsibility in the community, strengthening the friendship between nations, as well as supporting and initiating positive changes in the society.

What are the main activities of JCI?

1. Individual
Developing leadership skills and social responsibility in young people.
JCI offers its members diverse learning opportunities, trainings and events.

2. Business
Supporting free enterprise and multilateral contacts
JCI offers its members a communication network and the experience of leadership.
JCI programmes help you to become a successful entrepreneur and a leader.

3. Community
Initiating and supporting positive processes in society.
JCI members believe and stand for the thought “Think locally, act globally”. JCI members participate actively in discussions relating to society.

4. International
Developing local and international relationships.
JCI members have the opportunity to benefit from international programmes, academies and conferences.

JCI has 168 000 active members in more than 6 000 communities and 177 countries worldwide. JCI Estonia has 500 members from different regions like Tallinn, Tartu, Viljandi etc.

JCI Estonia welcomes new members who are within the age limit of 18-40 years and have obtained or are continuing to pursue the higher education.
