By plane
There are direct flights:

The airport is 11km from the city centre. The airport’s bus stop is located in front of the terminal. The bus fare is EEK 15 and tickets can be bought from the bus driver.

By Bus
There is a direct bus line from Riga to Tartu. It is also possible to travel by bus via Riga from other Baltic cities.

It takes 2,5 hours to travel from Tallinn to Tartu by bus. Buses depart at least every hour.
