This Baltic Spring Conference presents you great experts from Estonia, Netherlands and USA. This conference is about YOU, thatˇs why we keep the conference part really interactive and have 4 consecutive sessions with workshops that help you to bring out the very best in you.

We start the morning with creating a big picture of the personal branding concepts and how to strategically build your own personal brand. In 3-hour interactive trainings you can go in-depth with strategy, strengths or self-reflection.

After the trainings you can implement all the knowledge at the social media workshop and evening party, making the new you stand out and shine.

Please keep in mind that the main trainings are 3 hours long - after lunch brake the same training continues where it stopped before the brake. How to make the right choice:
